Information on Renting at Juliette Apartments

A huge perk we offer is that all utilities and internet are set up for you! Here’s a breakdown: 

Electric: *Based on actual usage including lighting, outlets, appliances and HVAC systems.

  • Studio: *$50-75/mo, on average.
  • 1 Bedrooms: *$50-75/mo, on average.
  • 2 Bedrooms: *$50-100/mo, on average.

Gas: Select apartment homes include a gas fireplace and stove.  Residents of these specific floorplans are responsible for covering the cost of this utility.   

Internet: We offer fiber optic from Xfinity, 500MB- this is a flat rate of $45/month. Upgrades are available up to 1GB. 

Trash: This is charged at a flat rate of $10/studio, $15/1-Bedroom, & $20/2-Bedroom.

Water/Waste:  Billback* based on a per person usage: $15-25, per person, on average.

*Billback uses a Ratio Utility Billing System as outlined in the Utility Addendum to the Lease.

At Juliette, we provide a heated, reserved underground parking garage for our resident's convenience.  Standard parking stalls are available for $150/month, while electric plug-in options are $200/month.  For added flexibility, we offer some month-to-month parking options, starting at $175/month.  Parking availability may vary, plesase contact our team today to find the best parking solution for you!

There is a one-time $150 upfront pet fee, and we ask for $35/month in pet rent, per pet- this is regardless of having a dog vs a cat. We are proud to be pet-friendly in all of our apartments and allow two pets total per apartment. 

Dogs: No breed restrictions! Some weight restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing team for more details.
Cats: No declawing necessary.

When you apply you instantly reserve your new home! To reserve your new home a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $500 deposit(refundable upon move-out) are due.

The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you decide to not proceed with a lease the $500 deposit would be refunded. The application and admin fees are non-refundable.
