Information on Renting at Juliette Apartments
When you apply, you instantly reserve your new home! To secure your reservation, a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $500 deposit are required.
The $500 deposit is held for the duration of your lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you choose not to proceed with a lease, the deposit will be refunded. However, the application and admin fees are non-refundable.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community, allowing up to two pets per apartment. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $35 per cat and $50 per dog. While we do not have breed restrictions for dogs, weight limits may apply. Additionally, we do not require cats to be declawed. At Juliette, we provide a heated, reserved underground parking garage for our resident's convenience. Standard parking stalls are available for $175/month, while electric plug-in options are $225/month. For added flexibility, we offer some month-to-month parking options, starting at $200/month. Parking availability may vary, plesase contact our team today to find the best parking solution for you!
A huge perk of living at Juliette Apartments is that all utilities are set up for you in advance.

Electric:
- Studio: *$50-75/mo, on average*
- 1 Bedrooms: *$50-75/mo, on average*
- 2 Bedrooms: *$50-100/mo, on average*
*Based on actual usage including lighting, outlets, appliances and HVAC systems.
Gas:
- Select apartment homes include a gas fireplace and stove. Residents of these specific floorplans are responsible for covering the cost of this utility.
Internet:
- $55 per month, flat rate for 500MB fiber optic from Xfinity. Upgrades are available up to 1GB.
Trash:
- $15 flat rate - Studios
- $20 flat rate - 1 Bedrooms
- $25 flat rate - 2 Bedrooms
Water/Waste:
- $15-25, per person, on average*
*Billback is based on a per person usage. The billback rate uses a Ratio Utility Billing System as outlined in the Utility Addendum to the Lease.
